We are small a proprietor ship organization in Kolkata,India, but we try to take Individual care for each party book through us and find the difference . Being a proprietor of the company I have long experience in this field since 1989 when I was a fresh Graduate with Travel tourism & Hotel management trainee . I have started my Travel industry carrier with a company called "The Orient Express" in Kolkata established in 1947 with a head office in DELHI and branches in KOLKATA , Chennai (Madras) Mumbai and own Hotel property Named Chendala in Khajuraho.

Initially, I joined as a Trainee assistant in Kolkata office & my responsibility was Domestic ticketing as well as assistance as a group escort at the Airport and Railway Station for Inbound tourist handled by our Delhi office. Mostly we handled the Inbound French group and some Canadian groups. Gradually I have promoted to International division for Ticketing , Passport & visa work , but Group handling was still my responsibility till the last day I left the company in 1993 March  and Join in DAMANIA AIRWAYS  as a traffic assistant.
As my father was in INDIAN Airlines , so I had a passion to work in the Airline Industry. After a year or so I joined Modiluft AIRLINES as a traffic Supervisor and next year directly promoted to Assistant Station Manager of Kolkata Airport. Science , Modiluft Airlines having collaboration with Partner Airlines Lufthansa, due to some technical reason the company Shut down their operation in Oct 1996.

In 1997 , March end I have started my new challenging career with a Travel agency on my own utilizing my working experience in a Travel Agency as well as in Airlines. after a long strugggle in a com-peting market with a budgeted traveler as well as prime level customers of reputed corporate houses in Kolkata. we have created a position in the market where we have satisfied most of customers who have availed our services ..
Being a proprietor of the organization,I personally  look after all enquiries through mail and counter check the action taken by the staff for walk - in clients . Since,  I  worked from the scratch level in a travel agency , I can well understand the clients requirements as well expectation from us .
