Andaman Islands Vacation: Itinerary
Day 1
On Day 1 of the 8-night and 9-day itinerary for Andaman, upon arrival at the Port Blair Airport, we will transfer to the hotel. After checking in, you can relax and freshen up. After that, we will visit Corbyn’s Cove Beach. Here, you can relax and shuffle through the varieties of food options available in the food shacks. If you are an adventure lover, you can also partake in water sports like speedboat rides and jet skiing. In the evening, we will navigate to enjoy the light & Sound show at Cellular Jail and return to the hotel. We will stay for one night.
Day 2
On Day 2 of the 8-night and 9-day itinerary for Andaman, after an early breakfast, we will prepare to leave for Havelock Island(Swaraj Dweep). We will travel there by ship. After we arrive, we will check in, and you will have a chance to freshen up. This will be followed by a visit to Radhanagar Beach. You will have the evening to relax. It will be a one-night stay. If you are interested in adventure tours in Havelock, you may join for Kayaking in Mangrove forest, Sunset Kayaking, Night Kayaking (Bioluminescence) tour.
Day 3
On Day 3 of the 8-night and 9-day itinerary for Andaman, after breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and start our journey towards Neil Island via Ship. If you are interested in a scuba diving tour at Havelock, you may visit Kalapathar Beach in the early morning, go scuba diving, and return to the hotel for breakfast before checking out for the Neil Island tour. Once you reach Shaheed Dweep, we will check in at the hotel. After a freshen-up, we will see the Natural Bridge & then leave for Bharatpur Beach. In Bharatpur Beach, you can participate in numerous water activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving, and glass-bottom boat rides. Jet Skiing, this will be followed by a short trip to Laxmanpur Beach in the evening for a sunset view. You can relax in the evening, and this will also be a one-night stay.
Day 4
On Day 4 of the 8-night and 9-day itinerary for Andaman, after checking out from the hotel, we will leave for Port Blair. (If you’re enthusiastic, to see the Sunrise, then you opt for the Sunrise tour at Sitapur beach, which is not included in the Package; you have to pay additional charges to do so) This journey will be by ship. We will arrive at the hotel, and by afternoon, visit the Anthropological Museum, Fisheries Museum, Samudrika Noval Marine Museum and Cellular Jail. We will spend the night at Port Blair.
Day 5
On Day 5 of the 8-night and 9-day itinerary for Andaman, post breakfast, we will leave for North Bay and Ross Island. Ross Island Penal Colony was a colony of convicts established in 1858 on the remote islands of the Andaman Islands of India, primarily to hold in captivity several prisoners of war from the Indian Rebellion of 1857 (the Indian Mutiny). After that, you are free to relax. We will stay overnight at the Port Blair Hotel.
Day 6
On Day 6 of the 8-night and 9-day itinerary for Andaman, we will leave for Baratang early in the morning. On the way, we will stop at Jirkatang Check Post to cross the Tribal forest (This check post serves as a security point within the Jarawa reserve, a buffer zone for the Jarawa tribe.) Once you reach the Middle Strait Jetty, the forest ends here. You have to cross the river by public vessel to reach Nilumber Jetty, from where we will visit the Lime Cave via speedboat. After the Lime Cave tour, we will proceed towards Rangat via Kadamtala Bridge and check into the hotel for an overnight stay. It will be a one-night stay.
Day 7
On Day 7 of the 8-night and 9-day itinerary for Andaman, Early in the morning, we will start our journey towards Diglipur. Once we reach there, take your entry permit to visit the Twin Island – Ross & Smith from the Forest Department, have breakfast at a local restaurant, and then go to the Areal Bay to reach Ross and Smith Islands by speedboat. After a day of enjoyment, we will return to our hotel at Rangat, on the way visit – Amkunj beach, Curtbert Bay beach, Dhani Nallah Mangrove forest & Guitar Island – for the Island trip, you have to stay back for 2 more days to explore. And stay there for a night.
Day 8
On Day 8 of the 8 nights and 9 days itinerary for Andaman, post breakfast, we will check out of the hotel and head towards Port Blair. After reaching the hotel, you can relax. Or you may visit the local market called Aberdeen Bazar for last-minute shopping at Port Blair and taste the local seafood restaurant for dinner. It will be a one-night stay.
Day 9
On Day 9 of the 8 nights and 9 days itinerary for Andaman, we will check out of the hotel. Then we will go to the Airport. From there, you can leave for home or the next destination. This marks the end of our Andaman Tour.
